Whistleblowing Policy Implementation

Effective today, the “Whistleblowing” regulation, introduced into the Italian legal system by Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, is in force. This regulation provides protection for individuals who report crimes or irregularities encountered in the course of their employment, in either public or private sectors.

Bi-qem S.p.A and Bi-qem Specialties S.p.A. hereby commit to ensuring the implementation of this regulation. We have established two alternative channels through which our employees and collaborators may report any acts, behaviors, or omissions that compromise the integrity of the company.

We guarantee anonymity and protection against retaliatory or discriminatory actions for anyone wishing to report misconduct that violates the company’s integrity..

To report any wrongdoing, individuals are encouraged to complete the form provided below.

All such reports will be processed by an independent entity external to the company, in accordance with privacy regulations and ensuring utmost protection for the whistleblower.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed using computerized means that ensure its security and confidentiality. Data transmission provided by the whistleblower through platform access is managed using HTTPS protocol. Encryption techniques based on the AES Algorithm are applied, and all data are fully encrypted, ensuring the confidentiality of the transmitted information. No cookies are used for transmitting personal information, nor are persistent cookies used for user tracking. Only technical cookies are used, strictly necessary for the correct and efficient use of the platform. The use of session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient platform navigation.
